Aka means "red" in Japanese. It's also the kendama we wish we'd had when we started.

The AKA is One Kendama's entry-level model. But entry-level doesn't mean cut-down: it's the OK MAX shape you already know, beech wood, a sticky coating that forgives your first attempts, and a price that makes the decision easy. We wanted your first time holding a kendama to be the right one.
