I returned item, I was not aware of the delivery charges. I want a refund. this is my second review and I'm very unhappy. the UPS driver and I didn't exchange items. He also agreed with me about getting charged.
returned item and given to UPS driver. I was not aware of delivery charges for both Kendamas. I will be expecting a refund. it was for the 2 kendamas. I refuse to accept item, UPS driver and i did not exchange items. per driver he also agreed about not being notified at time of purchase. please refund me.
if the 2 items did not return then I believe that UPS driver scammed me into believing he scanned item as a return and stood the 2 kendamas. i am telling you the truth and promise you on my family. I do not steal and never have. I'm going to contact UPS. Thank you and I apologize.
bad kendama
Package came on time with no damages
Had some issues with shipping and customs and as frustrating as it became the ethic of email responses and doing what they could to tackle the problems UPS had was constant from OneKendama. The kendama was well worth the wait, great quality, great feel, would recommend.
