What if I refuse to pay import fees?
- The carrier will abandon or destroy the parcel instead of returning it to our warehouse.
- Refusing these charges after shipment is not a valid reason for a refund, since the parcel will not be returned to our warehouse.
- Other delivery issues, such as loss, damage, wrong item, carrier error, or One Kendama error, are reviewed separately and fairly.
What if I need to cancel my order?
- Email contact@onekendama.com immediately.
- Cancellation is only possible before we ship your order.
- Orders may be processed quickly.
